By visiting our website or booking a rescue unit, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Arrival Times

OnSpotCarAssist provides on-site car breakdown support and emergency towing across Bengaluru. We always try to reach you as fast as possible. However, exact arrival times depend on city traffic, weather conditions, and proximity of our nearest technician.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our technicians will explain the diagnostic results and provide a clear cost estimate before starting any repair or towing. Once you give authorization, they will begin. Payment is due immediately as soon as the service is completed. We accept UPI, Cards, and Cash.

3. Customer Responsibility

You must ensure your car is safely pulled over as much as possible to allow our mechanics to work without extreme danger. You or an authorized adult must stay with the vehicle while the recovery is taking place.

4. Liability

We use professional-grade tools to ensure damage-free unlocking, jumpstarting, and towing. We are not responsible for any pre-existing car issues, internal engine failures, or damage that occurs if you drive the car against our technician's safety advice.
